Here at Brood Roastery, we have intentions to make every casual coffee drinker into a fully pledged “speciality coffee“ only drinker. Where anything less than a good cup of coffee will not suffice. How do we intend to do this? Lead by example, one sip of quality speciality coffee at a time!

It all began with a modest concept: Create exceptional speciality coffee. From the most basic filter to the most complicated cold drip coffee, we take coffee serious so you don’t have to. We develop the winning formula, the best profile and choose the best coffee for that particular requirement.

We of-course always consider each block of the coffee journey, from seed to cup. Our suppliers and in particular our farmers are paramount to our way of thinking. Many companies speak about ethically correct practices, we don’t just say this to sound present, to sound caring, but we live by this and do everything we can to work with the best coffee grown and processed by farmers that matter, farmers who want to in turn improve their crop and their families life.
