Ethiopia Bombe Dry Fermentation (washed)
This coffee is named after the Bombe Mountains which is the area where most of the farmers who grow and contribute cherry to this lot live and work. Producers from Bombe as well as from Shantawene and Keramo communities have been delivering their best cherry to the Bombe site since the harvest season of 2017/18. It’s here that the lots are separated by quality into fermentation tanks and specific drying locations. <more>
Colombia Regional Inza (washed)
The Municipality of Inza in Cauca is an area of land that sits high on a Colombian plateau called the ‘Macizo Colombiano’. This area is perfect for growing specialty coffee as altitudes reach over 2000 masl. Inzá is mostly known for its indigenous history and coffee.
Costa Rica BV Arleen & BV Maria Jimenez (Honey)
The sisters, Meli and Maria at La Angostura joined forces with their dad 7 years ago to help grow the family’s business.As one of the first producers to start a mill in the region, Don Mario, father of Arleen and Maria, established Beneficio La Angostura. He believed in coffee’s power to lift his family economically. <more>
